          Paintless Dent Repair

PDR focuses on the metal’s “memory” to return to its stamped shape. Technicians access the back of the dented panel (often by removing trim, tail lights, or fender liners) and use slender metal rods, hooks, or levers to apply precise, controlled pressure from behind. This gently pushes the dent outward until the panel aligns with the surrounding surface. Special LED lighting helps visualize the dent’s contours for accuracy.

For dents where the backside is inaccessible, “glue pulling” is used—special tabs are bonded to the exterior to pull the metal outward before blending the surface

                     Hail Repair

Imagine your car parked under a sky full of icy missiles — hailstones the size of pebbles, marbles, or even golf balls. They slam into your hood, roof, and trunk, leaving behind a landscape of tiny craters and deep craters, each one a tiny dent in the metal. The paint may still be intact, but the surface is now a patchwork of imperfections that mar the car’s look and can threaten its value. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is like a skilled body mechanic working from the inside out. Instead of sanding, filling, or repainting, PDR uses specialized rods and tools to gently massage the metal back into its original shape. The metal’s natural “memory” helps it spring back, and because the paint is left untouched, the factory finish stays pristine.
